In 2003, Coldwell Banker One, formerly Saurage Realtors, joined WBRZ's Coats for Kids as the largest cash and coats contributor in the history of the Baton Rouge organization. In 2006 alone, Coldwell Banker One donated over $37,000 to the charitable foundation.  I understand the importance of giving back to your community, that's why I will donate $30 (the price of two new coats) to Pat's Coats for Kids with every commission I make.
